A really great agency! Me and my friend have been their tenants for almost 3 years and have just rented another flat through them. Christina was assisting us with the flat search, and she was brilliant. Alice has organised all the paperwork for the new tenancy really quickly and kept us up to date with everything throughout the process. During our first tenancy we were liaising with Amanda who has always been extremely helpful. A very professional company who have always been available to answer queries. I would thoroughly recommend them. Ted in particular has been very attentive to every aspect of my house sale & responded to all my emails & phone calls almost instantly. He has also liaised very closely with other agencies connected with the sale which at times has been very complex. Nothing has been too much trouble and he has acted with great professionalism, friendliness & courtesy.

I let my cottage through them, chrissie their manager was brilliant. I had my cottage on with another firm who got one viewing in 3 weeks. I spoke to Humphrey and Brand and they said the market was really busy. So I gave them a go. Within a week I had let at full asking and it was really easy. They use docusign so you can do the paperwork quickly. Very happy with their manager as she is so nice to deal with and makes a lot more effort to keep you up to date

Amazingly helpful. I am a landlord and I had my property managed by another firm. The service I was getting was dire. Ridiculous quotes for minor repairs and missing vital servicing. I moved to Humphrey and Brand recently. I dealt with their Lettings manager Chrissie who I found to be very professional. I then dealt with Amanda, again friendly and helpful. I really cannot recommend this firm more highly. They seem to actually care about their clients.
