Richard has been an immense help throughout the whole process. Great initial advice on pricing and preparing the house for the sale. He was proactive in providing advice on viewings and, once the buyers had made their offer, we were kept closely advised of the progress in that respect. All the way through to moving day Richard kept in touch and provided regular updates. His calm demeanour and helpful advice throughout were really appreciated. He and his team (Sophie deserves a special mention) are highly recommended.

Having failed to sell our house through a couple of other estate agents, Richard and team were extremely helpful throughout the process of selling our house. From pricing through preparing the house and arranging the viewings, they offered great advice that got our house sold for a fair price with the minimum of fuss. They were on hand throughout the following weeks to ensure the sale went through swiftly and smoothly. They offered the cheapest rates, appear to cover a wide catchment and delivered a 5 star service. Would recommend to anyone.

I can't speak highly enough of Richard and his team. After a difficult time with another agent selling my flat, I put it on for rental with Folklands. I had 2 rental offers on the 1st day of viewings. Richard is honest, kind and exceptionally good at his job. He is a credit to the profession. Marco my property manager is also excellent. What i think is so great about Folklands is that they prioritise communication, I never have to chase them. Well done to Richard and his team! You should be very proud of the business you have built.
