I can't say enough good things about Gibson Lane. The team I worked with were fantastic from sale all the way through to completion (and after) - and I don't say this lightly as, having searched for a property for a long time, I met a lot of estate agents. All other businesses I engaged with through my purchase were pretty dreadful (mortgage broker, banks, solicitors) but the GL team gave good advice/insight and helped push it through, working closely with me, the vendors, and solicitors. I recommend without hesitation.
