I had a really positive experience with this estate agent. Darren and Archie were consistently accommodating throughout the process. Whenever I needed updates, they chased the sellers promptly and always came back to me in a timely manner, which made the whole journey far less stressful.

Chloe was also fantastic during the viewings. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

On completion day, she made an extra effort to ensure I could collect my keys without any issues, which I truly appreciated.

Overall, the team made the process much easier, and their support didnt go unnoticed. Id happily recommend them

Cray & Norton were really helpful during our house buying process. They went out of their way to check in with us and to let us know to contact them if there was anything at all that they could help with. They always responded promptly to any and all enquiries, and made it super easy for us to organise viewing the house several times before we finally completed. A special shoutout to Marcel who stayed late on the day of completion so that we could pick up the keys!

The team at Cray & Norton were brilliant from start to finish; from their valuation to their detailed proposal, considerate and well communicated viewings to constant correspondence regarding potential buyers, they really took the stress of selling our house away completely. When an offer from a buyer came along, they negotiated the highest possible price and were a huge help in moving the process along when solicitors were being slow with replies. We couldnt recommend them more and are so happy we entrusted them with the sale of our home.

This is a professionally run agency and I am totally satisfied with the service provided. It's particularly nice to work with a locally run firm. I recently sold my property with Cray and Norton. Marcel did the initial consultation and was very knowledgeable about the area and what to expect. The viewings were done by Archie and Marcel, then Darren handled the administration after the offer was accepted. Despite it taking longer than anticipated to complete, due to buyers further down the chain, Cray & Norton were very responsive to emails and chased things when requested. The staff were polite and friendly and I would recommend.

We selected Cray and Norton based on our previous experiences as buyers; although the house we sold through them had reached us originally via a rival in town. They certainly lived up to our high expectations. We felt Darren and all the team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism at all times, and all our queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Everybody knew the current state of play whenever we asked - they're clearly on top of their game.

Our buyers were dealt with courteously and quickly too as Cray and Norton worked hard to broker the deal. We felt the listing (refined in consultation with us) was a good representation of our property and it certainly generated a lot of interest. After a false start with our first buyers they relisted us quickly and secured a completion in three months. They advocated for us and we achieved the price we had hoped. We've no hesitation in recommending Cray and Norton to anybody looking to sell in the area.

Cray and Norton offer a great service. They are realistic regarding where the price of your property should be and able to give tips on making your property more saleable. Excellent communication and the guys work hard to drum interest and screen for time wasters. My property sold with them and that was a great feeling. Absolutely first class at what they do and yet so down to earth. It all started with Marcel (and what a lovely chap he is) and he got viewings for my property in a matter of hours, Archie showed interested parties around and within a week or so I had an offer brokered by Marcel. Darren was the finisher and nudged all concerned in the most helpful way. Impressed is an understatement - the dream team came through for me and lived up to all those positive reviews that steered me to them in the first place. I recently completed on a property in South Croydon through Cray & Norton and I cannot thank Darren, Marcel and the team enough for ensuring the transaction went through. From what we expected to be a relatively straight forward purchase, turned out to be an incredibly complicated one, with issues with the conveyancing, but Darren & Marcel worked extremely hard to ensure it all went through okay.

Their communication throughout was brilliant and they always kept me posted with updates and progress from the vendor's side. I would 100% recommend Cray & Norton and will not hesitate to use them to sell/rent out my property through them when the time comes - thanks again!
