Had the pleasure of dealing with Michael at Malcolms, while I was looking to rent a property. He also worked hard to ensure a fast turn around, as I mentioned to him that I needed to move at short notice. Thanks to Shannon and Dan at Malcolms for their efforts getting a BTL purchase through to completion. One of them was always available on the phone and when things got a bit sticky with a leasehold management company Dan was very quick to put additional pressure on them. Over the past 12 years I've used Malcolms to buy and sell three properties and they have been great every time!
