I cannot express how great L & B have been in my recent move. From the beginning of the process they have kept in touch regularly, and when my sale fell through due to buyers buyer pulling out they quickly got the buyers property sold again. So even after hiccups i was able to move into my new property as scheduled. Claire was exceptional in the service she gave and when solicitors went quiet for weeks on end, I could rely on her to keep me up to date on progress. Very, very happy I went with them.
