Would give 0 stars if possible - was told they were selling our flat so we were told to vacate to find they were renting for a higher price - no help in finding somewhere and usually have to wait a week to get a response despite calling and leaving messages. Was also told we would be taken to court if we didn't pay out last month's rent in FULL even though we were only there for 2 of the weeks. Were then told we wouldn't get the refund until they found new tenants but do not have any lined up - losing 400 until who knows when.

A friend just moved to study for her PHD in the UK, contacted the agency and this is what she gets from a member of their team. You have been calling for the past three days, requesting to view apartments, I told you yesterday all of our viewing agents are busy, but it seems you are going to keep calling so Im going to be up straight with you! We cant rent you any of our properties because from your accent I can tell you wont be able to afford any of our let. She was so upset by the experience.
