Most of office staff and the repair team were alright, but the management is the worst. Expect poor communication and petty attitude from them.

Twice now I've stated I wanted to go ahead with letting a property with Carters. I asked for some details on a few questions before proceeding and then both times they've instead let the property to someone else. Communication from this company is poor. They are very disappointing and frustrating to deal with.

They booked appointment for me, i said i will come from Harrow for viewing, after my message for confirmation 2 hours before they said "Unfortunately this property had now been let" this is not professional that's all.
