James established Cauldwell in 2004 with business partners Wayne Murphy and Jason Holmes. The genuine aim was to change the perception of estate agents and offer a tradition service with modern values. James started his career 1987 originally working for 'John James Estate Agents' who were based in Central Milton Keynes and Bedford.
