I purchased an apartment with Annafield Estates and the service was absolutely first class. The after-sales support really did make a difference. Emma Alben stayed in regular contact with me as the buyer and the sellers. When my solicitor was slow in responding or kept asking for documents that were difficult to locate she stepped in to speed things up and chase down documents required. I honestly believe Emma did a better job than my own solicitor and I am extremely grateful for her can do attitude and making sure the sale went through smoothly. We had a great experience using Annafield. Their staff are kind and professional and really care. Emma was always at the end of the phone, chasing everyone for us and even updating us on her day off. They also seem to have enough staff - our first (and only!) weekend on the market was very busy but they managed to respond to this demand and were able to cover each viewing. The were so respectful - they just kept apologising for inconveniencing us with so many viewings! Great company and so pleased we had them to help us through the moving process.

I cant recommend Annafield Estates enough as an estate agent. They gave me a realistic sales price for my first ever little flat, which was more than Id ever hoped to get. Duncans photography skills were brilliant and Charlotte sold my flat at full asking price within 24 hours of it going on the market. Top service all round, and Emma in after sales kept me in the loop and updated every step of the way. Having bought a flat but not sold before, this was massively appreciated and a huge benefit. You can tell youre not just a statistic, and the team really care about doing their best

Keeley was very prompt and professional in showing us around the property and once the offer was agreed thats when Emma in after sales took over.
Emma was a breath of fresh air in what was a very slow transaction due to probate. She always replied immediately to any concerns or emails I had and always came back with an answer never leaving us in the dark. She is a real credit to Anna field and to the estate agency business in general
