We rented for a year with them and got long delays we was with out a boiler for 4days when I had 2 young children and was pregnant. Then when we called the mergency number for a leak in our bathroom that was coming through ceiling the guy on the phone ignored us and said nothing and did not even come to help us. Then you could not live there happily without emails about items on the drive even thou you pay a huge amount of rent you can't live how you wish. Then on leaving we been told we being charged for cobwebs bloody cobwebs ridicules. Don't go to this comonay unless you want to live under the

We rented from this company for the past three and a half years up unit October 2020 so you can be assured this is a genuine review. After handing in our notice we duly complied with Magpies request to make a video of our home to help facilitate a quick re- let, however despite being fabulous tenants paying on time year after year, repairs werent done the house had major structural issues resulting in water ingress, black mould, and the house failed an EPC, however that pails in to insignificance when it comes to getting your deposit back! Utterly unprofessional take my advice dont pay the

Excellent service by staff and they are so helpful and friendly. My tenancy agreement was going to end but unexpectedly I had to extend the tenancy. Magpie let landlord know my circumstance and got consent to extend the tenancy. It was amazing service I've ever seen.
