Astons have been a great support for me in this (still ongoing) journey to move house. I have been in contact with them from the start as they were ready to jump in & sell our house, as the service we were receiving from a certain online estate agent was inadequate. We did get an offer on our house through the online estate agent but I did go on to look at a couple of properties for my onward purchase with Astons, which I secured after viewing my second property with them. I have been using Aston Estate agents for the last seven years. In that time. they have managed three tenants for my rented properties. What impressed me most was that they were more interested for me to have a sound tenant rather than renting the property as quickly as possible. Also they have really good back up services, Mortgage advice etc. When we used them for purchasing the house we now live in, they kept us informed and warned us of any problems and potential problems.
