O! M! G! I have never in my life found such a friendly, professional, amazing team as the team at Bourdeauxs. From the very get-go they listened, helped, went above and beyond and really took the time and care to help. I was looking to relocate and they honestly, couldn't have been more helpful. More importantly I felt they were totally on my side. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Why can ALL letting agents be THIS good?!?!?

It is been more than 11 months since we are living in a property that is rented and maintained by Bourdeauxs. They helped us to find a perfect rental family home that can accommodate our dog (had alot of trouble to find suitable property to find, specially with a dog it became a hard task). and then we had couple of times problem with the washiing machine - which is solved within a day time. Elysia and all other members from Bourdeauxs are superb helpful and alwayes prompt on actions. They stand true on their moto "No monkeying around" - we highly recommend Bourdeauxs.

I rent out an HMO to students and staff in Cranfield and Bordeaux's have been helping me with this. The staff have always been cheerful, friendly and extremely helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them. They have prepared contracts for me and helped me find people to do cleaning, gardening, pest control and other maintenance work

We viewed a property 10-12 days ago and have just received our keys to our new home.
