Not good enough unfortunately, expected alot better, can be friendly, big shame about priorities though (they booked a new tenant a viewing for next academic year before helping to deal with a mouse and rat infestation... I'm allergic to mice and rats)

I can't give enough thanks to the team for all their help and courtesy. I was recommended this agency by a student in an upper year, she swore by them and said they're the most trustworthy in the business, she was right. So easy to arrange viewings on their website. Had my tour with Polly who answered all my questions, and Chris has been great with all the admin. They never make you feel like any question is too silly, and their communication if there are any problems is fantastic. Renewing for next year, and hopefully a couple more to come!! :)

Been with them for 2 years - and they are a great agency! Efficient and friendly service. Unlike other agents they dont abandon tenants after taking their money off them. The amazing thing is that they dont seem to advertise much. They do it all on personal recommendation which in this day and age is remarkable.
