As part of our management service, we market the property via Rightmove, OnTheMarket and our own website, we carry out pre-vetting of potential applicants, carry out viewings, find the right tenant for the property, collection of deposit and rent, full referencing and credit checks, drawing up all tenancy paperwork, a professional written and photographic inventory and schedule of condition, securing the deposit with the Deposit Protection Service, deposit disputes at the end of the tenancy, check in's and check outs, quarterly inspections and carrying out any maintenance during the tenancy.
