Absolutely has to be the WORST estate agents in the local area! They refuse to submit offers for properties until you are approved by their financial advisor, after I was so called approved even though I was approved by the bank! They still didnt contact me an offer was placed 8 days ago and I had to chase them up and they said it wasnt accepted, absolutely dont waste your time or efforts with these people. They are rude, unprofessional and Im pretty sure breaking the law.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with James Douglas Estate Agency (Pontypridd Office) on two occasions, once for the purchase of a property and more recently, for the sale of my property. The service is fantastic, throughout the whole process. The marketing that James Douglas performed for my home was second to none, with the video walk through and the high quality pictures that had attracted so much interest, which really stood the house 'out from the crowd'. Once an offer had been accepted, Nathan and Sally continued to be so helpful, providing constant feedback and keeping the lines of communication

Nathan and his team recently marketed and sold my house in Caerphilly. At first I was a bit hesitant about using an out of town estate agency but my fears were soon allayed.
