Reliable, friendly and considerate staff. As for maintenance they respond on call, but always take the initiative through regular inspection. If you are too busy to call for repairs for any reason, they come round, check and prescribe the maintenance needed before you know it.

They keep harassing me. I do not let from these people, nor do I live in the same county. I get phone calls at random times of the day several times a week for months. I have emailed, phoned but still no action. I cannot get through to them that I do not let. They harrass you even if you're not anything to do with them. Very unprofessional.

Called last week about viewing of 2 bed flat they advertised on Hanley Road and told viewing booked for Saturday but no confirmation and call. Then this week again called and they promised that someone surely call ASAP.. OMG this is kinda joke? No one come back to me a.. Will never do any business with your agency.. Highly disappointed

Continuously happy throughout the years with their service as our letting agents. Extremely professional and handle many of the problems that may occur with letting a property in terms of maintenance or regular issues.
Prices are very reasonable for work done by their contractors if needed and their rates for the service they offer is more than competitive. Don't judge me on this review alone, go shop for a local agent yourself and you'll be shocked what other competitors charge!!!.
