Really impressed with this estate agency, particularly Gok, who most of my dealing have been with. Estate agents tend to get a bad rap, however Ive had the opposite experience with Gok, he is transparent, very communicative, very knowledgeable and very responsive. Despite the fact Im buying a house and selling my flat via another estate agent, Gok has been there to help answer any questions when my estate agent (the one whos collecting my commission at the end of my sale!) isnt being responsive or doesnt understand my question.
