We switched from another letting agent and noticed a dramatic difference! - a personal service, quick response and minimal fuss when new tenants/upgrades/repairs needed. As a landlord living elsewhere in UK, I was reliant on a great letting agent. Maclay found great tenants and I had no concerns regarding the upkeep of my property. Reasonable letting fees and workman costs were always fair. Maclay's small team meant I usually dealt with the same individual - who knew my property, my tenants and kept me updated. No issues chatting to someone in the office when needed or always quick to respond to

From the moment we made contact with Paul to discuss letting out our property whilst we moved abroad, we have been really impressed with the service. Paul was professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with. The team are always very responsive. Alison is always available to answer questions or inform you of anything with regards the property. We feel that our property is in very safe hands, which is really important when we are so far away.
