If you're considering switching to Western Lettings, we'll ensure the process is entirely stress free. Just call our office for a brief consultation. You can explain your situation and we'll advise on the switching process. Almost always, you'll just send a single email to your out-going agent and we'll take over from there.
Tenants
Report
When we have reviewed your note of interest, we will ask you to pay a reservation deposit, which is normally 300. Only one applicant will be asked to pay a reservation deposit. You will not be required to supply any documents or evidence of affordability at this stage. When we've reviewed your application, we'll send a link to complete your referencing with Vouch.
