From the initial estimation from Douglas to the overseeing and management of the sale from Arlene nothing was a hassle. Kept in contact throughout the process and went above and beyond when required. Superbly responsive. It was very busy the past year, but they were able to maintain the quality of their customer service, exceeding my expectation and past experiences. The quality of their adverts are excellent across all price range of properties. Dean did great photos of my house. Very helpful when I have questions about purchase even though the house in question was not advertise by them. They gave us the best rate across all agents we interviewed, and best valuation. Can't fault them. Thank you.
