I have bought and sold a lot of properties and Matt and the team have been the best agency I have ever worked with.
Matt gave me really good advice about how to stage the flat . It obviously worked as flat sold in 3 days..and at the price I was hoping for.
Am soooo grateful. The photography and marketing is brilliant as well. If can't recommend them enough. I'd 100% go straight back to them if I ever needed to sell again. I would never have achieved the price I wanted /needed without Matt's advice. Everyone I dealt with in the office was super nice and helpful too. Thanks again.

Home Connexions East Kilbride provided an excellent service and helped us to quickly get an offer on our Hairmyres house within 4 days of going to market. Matt was particularly helpful with ideas and suggestions for presentation and Karen/Lida in the office were extremely efficient in arranging viewers and keeping us updated with feedback. Costs combined could be cheaper but competitive with others And the use of a professional media company to make the video and photos helped greatly.Overall good value and very reliable agents. I would recommend Home Connexions to sell your property.
