From the first telephone contact, the home valuation visit, the interaction with the team to agree the sales presentation, arranging viewings, carrying out block viewings, advising on best process to maximise sales value, to communicating with us at every stage.. we really couldnt ask for better. The whole team are a well oiled customer service focused operation. We really would recommend buying or selling through abode. Thank you mhairi, Anne and Jennifer for making a potentially stressful process extremely enjoyable and we have as much money as possible to put towards our new home Alan

Just recently had my property sold with Abode.
Mhairi and girls in the office Anne & Jennifer could not have done a better job. Within a couple of days there was viewings and the first few offers came in, From first contact with Mhairi to completion of sale was around 8 weeks delighted with the full service from professional manner to the high quality photos and advert description it was all done the way it should be Abode would be my first call to sell again and would highly recommend.

If you are a buyer then avoid Abode. We attempted to place an offer on a house, we were told no offers would be accepted due to how popular it was. 2 days later the house was sold before any viewings. We were not contacted about this offer even though we had attempted to submit one previously. We have now missed out on the house we liked due to Abodes incompetence - avoid
