I came into the letting business about 4 years ago, very wary since you hear so many horror story. Looked at several letting agencies and contacted Jean at Fine Lets Ltd. From the first contact to the last invoice this morning (house being sold) every step has been dealt with extremely professionally. Being a novice I required the correct information and guidance on the way ahead which Jean did perfectly with all the legal aspects.
