These accompany our incredible facilities and fitness areas. The Health Club has developed a number of membership packages to ensure that we can cater for everyones needs, providing excellent facilities at the lowest cost.

Our club has a brand new state of the art equipment including cardio, resistance and weights machines. These accompany our incredible facilities and fitness areas. Massive resistance workout area in both gyms containing countless machines for each muscle group iso-plate loaded area targeting every muscle group large free weights area with dumbbells from 1.25kg up to 70kg.

Off Peak membership allows full access to the Health Club between 8am and 4pm Monday - Friday and anytime at weekends. Silver 65+ Membership is for those sixty five years of age or over who wish to enjoy the benefits of the Health Club, with unlimited access at anytime during opening hours. Equipped with the means to service all of your goals and objectives, whether it be cardiovascular, weight loss or muscle toning.

We're the only club outside of Leicester City Centre to offer both mixed and ladies only facilities. Fosse Fitness ladies only environment helping you feel confident in all that you're doing on the road to feeling great. Careful consideration has been taken when sourcing the equipment for our Ladies Only addition to our facilities.
