Very disappointed. Staff were quite rude and obstructive. Would not return mums unused sanitary wear after her 3 weeks respite. Door shut and locked in my face when I asked for them! Feel there is a culture of staff covering each others backs when family had questions or queries. Mum had another residents underwear on, her own were clearly labelled. Medication found on mums lap! Overall I found the staff very unhelpful and definitely did not like family asking question.why?????

Great caring home, the staff are really attentive and whenever we visit my aunt, she seems happy and well looked after. Lots of improvements in the past year since the new owners took over.
