My experience with New Move (NM)was nothing short of exceptional. As a first timer buyer I was completely new to the process and found NM to be very open, supportive and took me through each step of the process- they listened and considered my concerns and responded to my questions and it didnt feel like a sale and at no point did I feel pressured which I have heard can sometimes occurs. We invited several estate agents before instructing New Move. We chose New Move for their realistic market appraisal and NOT making promises of the biggest mailing list. It only takes one person to buy. We were pleased with the marketing and calls were always answered. We also knew when prospective buyers were shown the property they were shown by Lee who was familiar with the property. Good recommendation for a solicitor for the conveyancing (thank you). The fees were very good and we would definitely recommend New Move.
