The first step is for one of our highly experienced team to fully evaluate your property and agree a monthly rental income figure. Then, over a cup of tea in our comfortable offices, we will discuss all of the other points, such as, whether the property will be offered furnished or unfurnished, what date the property will be vacant and available for rental, and to fully explain to you the do's and don'ts of renting a property.
