We were worried when we read the bad reviews, but One Rent have been amazing. We moved in a couple of weeks ago, and we've needed a few things sorted out and they've been extremely professional and helped us with everything. Our microwave was broken and when we messaged them, they immediately brought us a new one. Excellent service and very friendly.

Literally fastest response I have had and great customer service. Sent an enquiry over to them ref 3 1 bedroom properties I saw on rightmove, an hour later i was booked in to view 2 of them the next morning, guy was empathetic to my situation, friendly, very chatty and no pressure for the sale. Unfortunately the properties were not quite right for me this time but I will defo be using again and recommending, really lovely guys :) A+++
