Mr. Morgan Borrell came to the property to let us view it. He was at the property before the appointment time and we did not have to wait for him at all. Mr Borrell was very polite, courteous and he, very kindly, answered all our queries. He was smartly attired and 'customer focused' in his manners. We feel grateful to him for all his help.

Great company who have made us feel at ease in buying our first property. Adam has been helping us along the way, he has been fantastic and made us feel very comfortable in the process, whether that be viewings, emails or over the phone. First time buying can be a scary field as you are totally new to everything, but nothing has been to much for Adam. He has honestly answered all of our questions and queries to the best of his knowledge and if he doesnt know then he will simply just say he doesnt know and offer to find out for you. The above alone has made the experience feel genuine and relaxed
