Our first project was a conversion of an early 19th century factory building in the heart of Weybridge, Surrey. The restoration and conversion works were extensive and concluded by creating 8 one bedroom apartments in two buildings and a further detached house in a courtyard setting. Over the years we have produced in excess of over 80 homes.
