As a first time tenant Duncan Yeardley where extremely helpful! They answered any question I had quickly and efficiently and I had a lot at the beginning. Jan stamp was a great property manager, any issues I had she helped resolve quickly and efficiently! I would defiantly recommend them, whether your buying or renting they really are 10/10!!

Myself and my partner have rented our first home together through Duncan Yeardley and the experience we have received from the first initial contact, to getting the keys to the property has been great! We told Jessica the type of property we were looking for and she found us the perfect one straight away. Tegan, Hannah and Pamela really helped with any questions we had and made the process smooth.
We had contact from our property managers, Liz and Jan straight away who introduced themselves so we knew who to contact moving forward. Nothing was ever a hassle for the lettings team and I cannot recommend

Absolutely Amazing! I cannot recommend Duncan Yeardley enough. I am just in the process of buying my first flat and on the last stages now. If buying a property wasnt challenging and stressful enough, being a first time buyer is even more challenging but Gina has been absolutely amazing and the whole team from Duncan. I have had some hold backs with my solicitor and they have helped me from day one and nothing is too much trouble for them and also it was no trouble booking re-visits to the flat to show to my family and also for measurements. Great service, great customer care and very professional

After only renting once before with a previous estate agent where the service has been absolutely terrible, we were really not excited to have to rent again and go through the same. However, we have dealt with Keeley and Pamela, and both have been so lovely to us. Both have answered questions all the way through, let us know they are there if we need them, and have talked us through every step of the way. Duncan Yeardley have completely changed our minds about letting agents and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Keeley and Pamela!
