Great experience buying. We were first time buyers with a fairly large budget and Property Explorer were the ONLY agents in Basingstoke who took the time to email and phone us when new properties came on the market to arrange viewings, even after registering with all other agencies. I don't think I can make this clear enough just how beneficial this was for us and how much it was appreciated. Even with properties selling themselves in the current market, Property Explorer were still willing to put in the hardwork and generate interest. Today we have completed the exchange of contracts stage !! 7 weeks ago I was discussing with The Property Explorer agent( Danny:) about putting an offer on the property and now we will have the dream house...OURS!!
