Nothing but issues and red-tape. I was in an unfortunate situation with an abusive ex and her two partners, ultimately ended up abusing several factors that Collins supported them with. Later, ended up returning the deposit I paid and covered for another Tennant back to him, even after I have not lived there for 7 months, its still my money. They are not personallable, they will strictly follow what they believe is the right action even with money trails. At every step, having followed legal action myself they still refuse to follow legal orders that have been made. Beware if you ever use them

Me and my partner rented our current flat through Collins and I couldn't recommend them more! Jodie was amazing at getting everything ready on time and being extremely responsive to our emails during the whole process but also checking how we have been getting on with the property after we moved in. We were quite frustrated before our viewing with Collins as every estate agent in Basingstoke requested that we bid higher than the price properties were advertised on, which we have never experienced while trying to rent before. The Collins Residential team are brilliant! Within 48 hours of my property being on the market, they found me a tenant! Being a new landlord and this being my first rental property, Collins were super helpful and informative of processes and procedures that I needed to do/ follow/ complete. We have had a good experience so far with Collins, Jodie was our point of contact and she and the rest of the team were really efficient and quick with helping us rent our property and answered our questions quickly and helpfully. The viewing and handover of the keys was COVID safe as well.
