I called Focus agency 2 weeks ago about some property for renting. I have been informed that once it is ready for viewing I will be contacted so that the viewing can be arranged. I called again and asked if I can pay the deposit to secure the property. The worker informed me that I cannot as the property has to be viewed first. I called again today (at 12.47) and asked about the property and have been informed that the property is no longer available as someone has already paid the deposit for it therefore is gone! When I asked why I was not allowed to do it the lady chose to hang up on me.
