Jo the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional, from the beginning to the end of our tenancy she was extremely difficult to deal with if things didn't quite go her way. She lied on many occasions and only when we pointed out that we knew our rights did she do the right thing. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Please avoid this estate agents like the plague. We rented a property for 1 year and the owners decided to sell the property during our tenancy. The estate agents were very rude and threatening during the whole process. This was because we couldn't give them access to the property as and when they wanted as we were both at work and had our own commitments on days off. We didn't feel comfortable giving them the key for other people to walk around our home. Jo sent us emails saying that she would serve us notice that she was going to come round for the viewings even though this was illegal.

Spoke to one of their agent's a few day's back as we seen a property they're currently letting. I had an enquiry and was told that they would look into it and get back to me.
Waited about 2/3 days and no response, so I called back and then they let me know the required information.
Moving houses is stressful enough without having to deal with unprofessional estate agent's. I'd avoid them for sure!

The Jackson O'Rourke team were fantastic from the point of valuation, through marketing and selling the property and seeing it through to completion: despite some perhaps inevitable bumps along the way, they were always professional, very responsive and proactive in helping resolve anything that came up. They pulled out all the stops to get us through to completion, knowing we had a deadline we needed to stick to. We have no bought and sold a house using Jackson O'Rourke. They have been amazing throughout, the team are fantastic, quick and responsive. We had some difficulties with our buyer but they supported us throughout and it all went smoothly. Definitely recommend them!
