My friends and I have used Pearl estates since 2014. The property was newly renovated when we moved in, and has been maintained to a high standard ever since. Whenever we raise an issue that needs dealing with, someone has been sent to resolve as soon as practicable - even during the Covid pandemic.

Make sure to avoid Pearl Estates. Their standard of service is shockingly bad, with their staff being repeatedly rude, unhelpful and uncaring regarding the many issues we encountered. In retrospect, I would have gone for a lesser property at a higher price just to have some competent estate agents, who care about the service they provide. One star is generous and that is an understatement.
