I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this agency. They are very straightforward compared with ALL agencies we had seen and ever dealt with. They dont charge unnecessary fees unlike all agencies out there that gives a long laundry list of charges (check in fees, reference fees per person, check out fees, etc) before anyone can move in. When we found Lynwood Lett, their fee was the CHEAPEST EVER that we encountered! They also dont overcharge renters as they would not surprise you of any extra or hidden charges later. This agency is truly a blessing to anyone who will find them. It is a family business no wonder
