Landlord Fees

Below are our standard fees, however, special discounts are in place depending on the property and its location. The fee for this service in the first year will be 15% plus VAT of the total negotiated rent for the initial tenancy with 5% plus VAT taken upfront. Any subsequent extension to that tenancy whether or not the extension has been negotiated by Stack and Bonner Lettings Limited will continue at 10% plus VAT monthly.
