Services
Vaccinations
Vaccinations protect pets from life-threatening diseases like feline leukaemia, parvovirus, and distemper. We recommend core vaccines for kittens and puppies starting at 9 weeks, with annual boosters to maintain immunity. Our protocols follow UK veterinary guidelines, ensuring safety and efficacy. Vaccination cards are provided for boarding and travel requirements.
Neutering
Neutering prevents unwanted litters and reduces health risks like mammary tumours and prostate disease. We advise castration for cats at 5-6 months and dogs at 12 months. The procedure includes pre-anaesthetic checks and post-operative care. Discounts are available for early neutering under our wellness plans.
Emergency Care
Out-of-hours emergency services operate via partner clinics for critical cases at nights and weekends. Our network ensures 24/7 access to qualified vets for trauma, poisoning, or acute illness. Emergency appointments incur additional fees, and pet insurance is recommended to cover unexpected costs.
Wellness Plans
The Complete Wellness Plan offers preventative care at monthly rates, covering vaccinations, flea/worming treatments, and twice-yearly health checks. This proactive approach detects issues early, reducing long-term costs. Members receive discounts on dental procedures and prescription diets.
Pet Advice
Our team provides expert advice on nutrition, behaviour, and disease prevention. Resources include dietary plans for rabbits, dental care tips, and parasite control strategies. Online guides and blogs address common concerns like chocolate poisoning and travel preparation, supporting informed pet ownership.

Remarkably consistent incompetence. Whatever you order it wont be there. Have to check prescription contents each time. Usually either items are missing or in the wrong dosages. Their vet staff, front desk and accounts will usually all say something different too. Only reason were still there is that the vet staff themselves are great (accounts were accurate as well to be fair to them). The front desk whilst usually polite and friendly are completely clueless as to what is going on - whether thats them, the notes others leave, other staff missing things - who knows. Either way, it presents

Been on the pet plan through various changes of ownership for 9 years and when White Cross took over after my dog had reoccurring problems with and I had to take her a few times for treatment I received a letter saying they were taking my dog off the Pet plan as they were unable to absorb the cost any longer they offered a inferior product which I rejected all through the pandemic they have been busy this is an example of them picking and choosing who they want to treat and when your pet gets older and perhaps has ongoing health issues they will cut you off!!! and cancel the plan you may have paid

Absolutely dreadful experience with this practice despite having visited with my cats and dogs for nearly 20 years. Refused to accept any responsibility for their negligence despite the fact the practice has changed hands and the vet that treated my beloved dog has left. Now left with vets bills and worry for what little time my dog may have left. Claim to have diagnosed a heart condition for my elderly dog, instead what they actually did was perform a heart scan no follow up, no medication and check ups.. I was never told about the condition and they refuse to acknowledge this. Heartbreaking for
