Free puppy and kitten video consults with an experienced vet available through My Family Vets! Lost my cat and dog within months of each other 12 years ago and they were very caring and understanding. Using them again for past 3 years. Fantastic friendly staff which were fantastic at treating our dog. Not that we were planning on visiting the vets as we were only down on holiday but I would highly recommend them.

About Us
Report
Lawrence Veterinary Centre is named after the author, poet and playwright DH Lawrence. The practice lies on the 'Blue Line Trail' through Eastwood, which links Durban House Heritage Centre with the four Lawrence family homes in Eastwood and six other Lawrence related sites. You may notice there is a plaque in the pavement outside the pet supplies shop.
Facilities
Report
We have three large consulting rooms. Each consultation lasts around 10 minutes and our spacious rooms are filled with most equipment and medicines the Veterinary Surgeon needs. The tables are adjustable, and secure windows give natural light. All consultation rooms are also air conditioned. Take a look around the consulting room and you will see various informative posters, which the vet may refer to during your consultation.
Charities
Report
Lawrence Veterinary Centre works with Cats Protection Nottingham Adoption Centre to ensure all cats in need of their help receive veterinary care. The practice examines all cats rescued by the charity and in line with the charity's policies, tests for FIV and FeLV (if considered at risk, determined by the cat's history) so that they have the best chance of being re-homed happy and healthy.
Puppy Parties
Report
We hold regular puppy parties at the practice for fully vaccinated puppies. They are run by our veterinary nurses with experience in all aspects of puppies and their behaviour. They are usually held on a weekday evening on selected dates and are by invitation only. The parties are great for socialization, free advice and lots of useful information.
K-Laser Therapy
Report
We are fully equipped to offer K-Laser therapy as a treatment option Laser therapy is the use of specific wavelengths of light (red and near infrared) to produce therapeutic effects. A course of treatment sessions over a few weeks is usually required and the vet or nurse will design an individual treatment plan for each animal treated.
