We take our dog here, they are good vets. Unfortunately we cannot get disabled access to the building in a wheelchair. We have to get someone else to take our dog to see the vet. Most buildings have some sort of disabled access, but this has none. It would be a lot better and more up to date to have disabled access.

Used this Vet as an emergency on call as my Vets were closed on a Saturday. This Practice deals with the out of hours appointments for my local Vets.
Charged 240 just for the consultation. I understand the emergency part and having to pay, but 240 for less than 1 hour and still none the wiser as to the problem. Very disappointing. A brilliant money making scheme for the company. It's now Sunday my little fur baby is still poorly... off to find another vet...!

I've been with charlesworth vets for more than thirty years and they have attended too many of my cats, they always give hundred percent intoo their job i would highly recomend them and i have in the past as well and i also know they support a local cat charity and have done for many years thats how i found out about them.
