
Payment is expected to be made at the time of treatment. Failure to pay at time of treatment will lead to an invoice being sent. Failure to pay within the specified time period may result in your account being surcharged. Attempts will be made to recover the payment. If unsuccessful your account will be passed to a debt collection agency to seek payment, and/or pursued through the courts.

Jackie joined Wait & Haxby (later to become Minster Veterinary Centre) in 1989 as a receptionist and nursing assistant, and she is still here all these years later as Practice Manager. Her main focus is client care and ensuring the practice gives the best possible service to its clients and their pets.

At Minster Veterinary Centre, we have 6 practices in Nottinghamshire, ensuring we're easily reachable for all pet owners. Our longest-standing vet clinic in Southwell was purpose built in 1998 but the practice dates back to the First World War, making us one of the most experienced practices in the area.

The Newark surgery is a purpose built small animal practice with a large car park and an easy to access location just on the edge of town. We have 3 consulting rooms, 2 surgical theatres, imaging facilities, in-house lab facilities and dental equipment. Collection of large animal medications can be organised via our Southwell-based large animal department.

Our Burton Joyce practice opened in 2018 as an additional surgical practice in the Minster Veterinary Centre family. We cater for household pets of all shapes and sizes and can be a collection point for farm animal and equine medications dispensed via our Southwell surgery. We provide preventative healthcare treatments, wellness clinics, appointments for animals that are under the weather and a range of free nurse clinics.
