An EPC gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and it is valid for 10 years. An EPC must be carried out by a qualified Energy Assessor and if you don't get an EPC when you need one, you (the home owner) is liable for the fine that may be imposed - not the estate agent.

As members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme at the Dispute Service, all security deposits are held in a designated Clients Account and fully bonded.
