Experience was awful, estate agent was rude, house viewing was a couple of minutes if that, absolutely disgusting tone and horrible choice of words over the phone. So disappointed, looks so bad on their reputation.

Had a property viewing booked for the 3rd October which was cancelled by the estate agents on the day with only 2 hours notice despite several confirmation texts - we had re-arranged work plans to attend and this was cancelled with very short notice. Another viewing was arranged for 2 days later, only to be rung on the day and say the property was no longer available. Poor communication - always very last minute. Will not use them in future.
