Services
Consultations are booked in 15 minute timeslots. This allows us time to provide your pet with a thorough examination and give you a detailed explanation of what we find and the treatment recommendations. All medication will be discussed with you and dispensed with clearly printed labels, at the time.
Free Nurse check at 6 months of age Includes weight assessment, dental assessment, flea check, claw check and an opportunity to discuss feeding and basic care. This represents a saving of over 44 for a male kitten, 47 for a female kitten and over 71 for a large sized female dog. T&C: Vaccines exclude optional ones such as rabies and intranasal kennel cough.

Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful. However I saw a different side of them when getting my kitten chipped and kept on pressure selling that she needs to have anastasia as it is painful and destressing process .. Which was a contradiction on what the vet said a few weeks back when doing a routine check and also what's advised on the RSPCA info pack. After 15min of questioning and saying I'm not sure it's required..... She became a bit aknoid and tried to justify it was on a recommendation and not actually fact. They are a nice bunch of people providing good care of your pet. But if you buying medication for your pet from them, be ready to pay staggering 150% over the normal price of the product! I want to support local businesses as much as possible but I think it's immoral and unethical to rip off customers like that!

I attended this veterinary clinic with my large pup. I was happy and pleasant.....On arrival the nurse Joanna Hall spoke to me in a sharp and abrupt manner regarding carrying my dog who weighed 11.5kg at the the time (even she found him very heavy) The vet Monika Grela came out to speak to us and failed to explain what she was intending to do (2nd… vaccination) but expected me to just hand over my pup. When I questioned her she was huffing and extremely rude. Leaving me outside.

Must be missing something? thought the experience was unpleasant from start to finish. Was quoted 61 pounds for a first time visit even though they were offering 50% off first time clients. If you know this then why not mention it and try help people out, if i hadnt had said then I would have ended up paying so much? The prices are ridiculous!!! thought the receptionist was rude from start to finish, almost like she didnt want me to be there. Don't reccommend and won't be returning.

Such an amazing vets! Everyone has been so great and welcoming to us with our new puppy and I couldn't recommend Broadway enough. Joanne has been particularly amazing and they have all been incredible, especially through these current tough times.

I brought our sweet Rat Hector here as unfortunately he needed to be PTS as he was struggling with many health issues. The team here are the kindest people you will ever meet! The nurse that explained the… process to me was really sympathic and understood how hard this decision is even if the animal in question isn’t a Dog or a Cat. My fiancé and I were devastated at having to say goodbye but the ladies here helped us through and made the process much much easier!
