4 oz scrambled egg whites + feta cheese + spinach + Greek Yogurt with fresh fruit and granola + coffee. Served on mini flour tortillas + black bean hummus + pico de Gallo + chopped maduros + cheese. A savory tomato based sauce, paired with fluffy potatoes, briny olives, and tender chicken. Citrus marinated chicken topped with raw garlic mojo onions and two sides (can take 20 minutes to cook so please be patient).
