Dealing with Ron Breen was the most stressful part of our entire house buying experience. He showed us around the property and seemed mostly harmless he would often go off on unrelated tangents, and recommend local solicitors/mortgage brokers because others wouldnt understand how it worked in the North East (our excellent mortgage broker and solicitors somehow managed despite being based elsewhere in the UK), but the first red flag was him insisting twice that we didnt need to get a survey done.
