Letting season' starts at the beginning of November and properties move fast, so best get your skates on. We have a property to suit everyone and every budget and if you can't see something online, come in and see us as we may have something up our sleeves. Perfect location for the Students Union and Library buildings but equally as close to the bars and nightlife of Durham city centre.
Property Application

When received, you will have 48 hours to read and sign the agreement and at this point you will also need to pay your deposit. If the 48-hour deadline passes without all signatures and deposits paid, there is a possibility that the landlord will not accept your application and the property may be remarketed.
