Would recommend definitely Hive. I'm currently renting a flat from Hive and the process to obtain the property was smooth. Kathy's communication throughout was excellent, and whenever I have had any queries since moving in, they have been answered swiftly by the Hive team too!

We bought our first home through Hive back in October and we couldnt have had a better experience with them. Couldnt recommend them enough, especially Harriet who made our experience so great. She took care of everything from arranging the first viewing to picking up the keys. Harriet was very professional throughout the whole sale, she was our main point of contact and no matter when we needed her she was there for us. We came across some bumps (not caused by hive) and Harriet was there every step of the way to reassure us and keep us up to date. Thanks Harriet & Hive for all your help.
