Great hotel, I would definitely book here again, the staff that welcomed me were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, the room I stayed in was clean, spacious and comfortable. I was going to watch TV for a while but I was so tired I got into bed and fell asleep straight away. Thanks guys for making my stay comfortable, Mrs Long xx

Very clean hotel and very good price..hotel staff very helpful. You can reach the center of London by a single train from here. If I go to harrow town again one day, I will definitely choose this hotel. You can visit my youtube channel and subscribe to my channel.

Staff at check in were rude, bed sheets stained surfaces thick with dust, mouse droppings in the cellings a dirty windows with cobwebs covering them no hot water from the taps! And a filthy bathroom if this is what you expect from a hotel then feel free but I know for sure I won't be returning
Didn't go for breakfast as couldn't bring myself to it. Didn't get a good night sleep at all

The great service I ever had in any hotel. Been to 100s of hotel but this one standout for the excellent professional service specially from Sachin and Shailesh. Very professional but same time very caring towards people. In the way they treat us looked after was bit extra mile. Definitely going back and recommend to friends and family

A great place for accommodation. Located next to the bus station and within walking distance to the underground station, South Harrow. Easy access to travel around the London. Great and friendly staff. The place are quite decent, affordable and quiet. The service are quite good.
Recommended for future stay.

Great place, clean, respectful staff, soft bed, big bathroom, everyday cleaning service, great TV, has included body cream and shampoo, has 1 European power outlet, included coffee/tea in your room! (My Room had an extra bed/sofa!)
ONLY 2 small complains: the air conditioner isn't hot enough (also, blows too much wind) and the breakfast was expensive for what it offers (not good quality/price).
